I'm Claudia, the driving force behind I-AM-CLWhite.

Where I Started
My professional path began deep in the corporate technology sector, where I spent over 25 years as a programmer and systems/business analyst in the insurance and manufacturing industries specializing in COBOL and RPG, and troubleshooting system errors at scale.

The Pivot
In 2015, a sudden corporate downsizing ended that chapter and I became the catalyst to engineer my own future.  In 2017, I stepped into freelance work as a transcriptionist, leveraging the technical precision and sharp eye for detail I'd built over decades.  To date, I've transcribed over 7,000 minutes of audio for legal professionals, government units, and private entities.

Today
When the world pivoted during COVID-19, I saw that businesses needed more than transcription — they needed centralized, automated back-office systems.  I expanded into virtual assistant work, and today I install the "Less Admin Engine" using Google Workspace Standard Plan, helping modern entrepreneurs run their entire operation from one platform.

Beyond the Desk
My passion doesn't stop at digital borders.  Guided by a lifelong love for Trinidad and Tobago's rich culture, I trained as a licensed tour guide through the Magistrates' Court of Trinidad and Tobago.  Whether I'm structuring a workflow behind a screen or sharing the history of a local heritage site, my core mission stays the same: absolute organization, flawless accuracy, and a memorable experience.

Always Growing
I'm currently pursuing my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification staying true to my love of teaching and continuous growth.
